Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had quite a lot of room to sleep in, but the rooms were hot and stuffy, and they smelt strongly of sewage even though it seems they just finished redecoration. The service was impeccable, with the staff going the extra mile for personal errands and being very polite and helpful. The location was very good and convenient, making travel around the city easy. The dining was alright but could start earlier, and the hotel should offer more hot options for breakfast. Overall, a decent stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel is conveniently located near Hammersmith, Shepherd's Bush tube stations, and Westfield shopping center, making it very convenient. The rooms were unfortunately small, unclean, with dust and insects. The staff was polite and helpful, although not available on-site in the morning. The dining experience was expected to be very good but fell short with limited breakfast options. Despite these drawbacks, the variety of dining options nearby is a plus.
The hotel's room was not really clean and the shower had nasty mold, but the size was ok for a tourist spending most of the day outside. We had to switch rooms due to a sewage smell. However, the other location's room was a good size with nice interior design.
My stay at the Euro Hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, near the front door, but the rooms were a little small. The service was good overall, with a notable attentive staff member, although there were some issues with criminal activity. The dining experience was a mixed bag, with unprepared food and lacking options. The hotel had some facilities, but there were noticeable smells in the hallways and rooms.
The hotel rooms looked clean and fresh, definitely worth another visit, although one of the rooms was small and had a nasty moldy shower. The sewage smell required us to switch to a different room in another location late at night. Despite being a bit noisy, a small electric fan heater was provided as there was no radiator, offering some comfort.
I had quite a mixed experience at this hotel. While it served its purpose as a place to rest after a busy day of exploring, the room had numerous issues like loose fixtures and an unbearable temperature. The noise from hallway traffic made it hard to sleep, and the unresponsive receptionist didn’t help. On the positive side, the location was convenient for accessing public transportation, but the overall stay was far from satisfactory, especially considering the price paid.
